CT Scan for Radiation Therapy

What is the procedure?

These pictures are tailored to your ordering physician's instructions. Radiation treatment markers or a treatment planning board will be used. You may receive an injection of contrast material through your veins.

How much time is involved?
30 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Am I allowed to eat or drink before this exam?
Please do not eat or drink for three (3) hours prior to the scheduled time of your exam. You may take you medication.

Please let us know if you are allergic to contrast material or if you may be pregnant. Your exam will be interpreted promptly and the results sent directly to your doctor.
